I believe great training starts with great movement. My approach is built around helping you move better, get stronger and perform at a higher level through personalised, well-structured coaching. I’m constantly learning and refining my craft, drawing from biomechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition and modern performance science to deliver the highest standard of coaching I can. A full assessment of your movement, strength, mobility, conditioning and body composition to identify your limiting factors.

A tailored program built directly from your testing results, goals and training experience so every session has a clear purpose.

Ongoing feedback, support and progression to keep you improving inside and outside our face-to-face sessions.

Step 4: Retest and Progress

A full retest in week 6 to measure your improvements and plan your next training block using real objective data.

Meet Akesh

I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Riley’s Gym in Wentworthville. My coaching blends strength, movement and performance into a clear system that helps people move better, get stronger and feel more confident, whether that’s in sport, in the gym or in everyday life.

I’ve learned from some of Australia’s leading performance coaches through my time at Athletes Authority, working with youth athletes, developing athletes and elite professionals. I also work closely with exercise physiologists, physios, powerlifting coaches and medical professionals to continually refine how I understand movement, longevity and long term health.

What drives me is the behind the scenes work: the technique, the details and the constant refinement that lead to real progress. That mindset shapes every part of how I coach.

My approach combines ASCA principles, Pre Script methodology and a data driven assessment process to build real strength, improve movement quality and create results that last.
