Meet Akesh

I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Riley’s Gym in Wentworthville. My coaching blends strength, movement and performance into a clear system that helps people move better, get stronger and perform at their best, whether that’s in sport, in the gym or in everyday life.

I’ve learned from some of Australia’s leading performance coaches through my time at Athletes Authority, working with youth athletes, developing athletes and elite professionals. I also work closely with exercise physiologists, physios, powerlifting coaches and medical professionals to continually refine how I understand movement, recovery and long term health.

What drives me is the behind the scenes work: the technique, the details and the constant refinement that lead to real progress. That mindset shapes every part of how I coach.

My approach combines ASCA principles, Pre Script methodology and Precision Nutrition coaching frameworks, integrating strength training with recovery, behaviour change and a data driven assessment process to build strength, improve movement quality and create long term results.
